The Owner – Shannon Fiocco
I’ve strolled along beaches in Hawaii, had dinner in Cinderella’s Castle, sailed above the mountains on a hot air balloon, and swam with the dolphins in the Caribbean. These are just a few of the experiences that I have that add up to an impressive travel resume. More importantly, these experiences and more are what ignited a passion for travel for me at a young age and inevitably started me on my journey as a Travel Agent.
Who I Am
I have always been a planner, and extremely detailed in nature. Whether it’s meals, holidays, parties, home décor, or trips, my family and friends always knew they could count on me to help them coordinate. After years of retail and sales, I found a career in the cruise industry. After a while, I knew that I wanted to not only book trips, but help people get the best value, find the perfect itineraries, and build lifelong relationships with them. Since becoming a Travel Agent, I have gained a wealth of experience and knowledge by taking courses & training, earning certificates, my CLIA, and having relationships with many vendors and suppliers to get the best rates for my clients. I am mom of 2 boys, and I understand the importance of thinking about all of the details of a trip as it can be stressful and time consuming to do on your own, especially with all of the changes that COVID has brought the industry. I am a full service agent that specializes in cruises, honeymoons, all-inclusive resort stays, Disney vacations, and more.

My commitment to you is to consider your requirements, desires, and budget to plan a very well organized, customized, and unforgettable trip for you and your family and I will NOT charge you a fee to do so. You will also have a friend and a personal contact 24-7 to advocate and help you through every step of your journey. Travel Agents have the ability to get better deals, find availability that may not be open to the public, negotiate details, and take care of any necessary changes in the event of an emergency. I will be there for the planning, during your trip if you need anything, and well after your vacation is over. I make it a priority to stay on top of travel trends, COVID related restrictions, and up-and-coming destinations throughout the world so that I can better assist you no matter where your dream destination is.
